What started in 1995 with a single line and a dream has grown into a leading processor of tomato paste, From the launch of our first line, PJ1 at just 200 tons/day, we’ve expanded step by step, driven by passion, precision, and people.
By 2006, our capacity more than tripled with PJ2, reaching 700 tons/day.
In 2017,we dug deeper by investing in agriculture Sector to secure raw material quality and supply chain consistency.  
Our 2019 renovation project boosted production to 1,000 tons/day, enhancing operational efficiency and output.
In 2024, we doubled - by launching PJ3, increasing capacity up to 2,300 tons/day and positioning Paste & juice as a key player in the region.

Sustainability and Energy Efficiency

Our latest production line, supplied by Rossi Ingeneria Alimentare, integrates cutting-edge technology with a strong focus on sustainability.
The Energy Saving Group in this line significantly reduces compressed air, electricity, and natural gas consumption, cutting steam usage and CO2 emissions by up to 30-40%.
This innovation enables the simultaneous processing of various tomato products, maintaining the highest quality standards with advanced cleaning and sand removal systems.

Quality Control and Product Excellence

The new state-of-the-art sampling unit has revolutionized quality control in tomato paste production at PASTE & JUICE.
This advanced technology ensures enhanced accuracy and consistency in testing raw tomatoes, resulting in superior product quality, increased efficiency, and reduced waste.

Future Expansion and Product Innovation

Looking ahead, PASTE & JUICE is excited about future growth. We are planning to install a dedicated BIB (Bag-in-Box) packaging line to serve the food service sector.
Additionally, we are set to launch our renowned 'Polpa' product, featuring crushed tomatoes for versatile culinary applications.
This product will establish us as the pioneering regional producer of this unique offering, showcasing our commitment to meeting diverse customer needs with innovative solutions.
The introduction of the Polpa line will elevate PASTE & JUICE’s total processing capacity to 2,250 tons per day.
