Company Overview and Growth

Established in 1995, PASTE & JUICE proudly stands as Egypt's first private-sector leader in Tomato Paste and Fruit Puree manufacturing, initially processing 200 tons of tomatoes per day.

In 2006, we enhanced our operations by adding a second production line, boosting our capacity to 700 tons per day and further solidifying our industry leadership. This milestone was followed by an upgrade to our pasteurization and aseptic filling unit, increasing our total production capacity from 700 tons per day to 1,000 tons per day in 2023.

Through these advancements, PASTE & JUICE has not only strengthened its position as a market leader but also played a pivotal role in establishing Egypt as one of the top producers of tomato paste worldwide.
In 2024, we embarked on a major expansion, adding a 1000-ton-per-day processing line to our factory, bringing the total daily capacity to 2000 tons. This expansion allows us to process up to 660,000 tons of tomatoes annually.

Sustainability and Energy Efficiency

Our latest production line, supplied by Rossi Ingeneria Alimentare, incorporates cutting-edge technology with a focus on sustainability. The Energy Saving Group on this line significantly reduces compressed air, electricity, and natural gas consumption, decreasing steam usage and CO2 emissions by up to 30-40%. This innovation allows simultaneous processing of various tomato products, maintaining the highest quality standards with advanced cleaning and sand removal systems.

Quality Control and Product Excellence

The new state-of-the-art sampling unit has revolutionized quality control in tomato paste production at PASTE & JUICE. This technology ensures enhanced accuracy and consistency in testing raw tomatoes, leading to superior product quality, increased efficiency, and reduced waste. Our commitment to compliance, traceability, and innovation is evident in our ongoing efforts to deliver excellence in manufacturing.

Future Expansion and Product Innovation

Looking ahead, PASTE & JUICE is excited about future growth. We are planning the installation of a dedicated BIB (Bag-in-Box) packaging line to serve the food service sector.
Additionally, we are set to launch our renowned 'Polpa' product , featuring crushed tomatoes for versatile culinary applications. This product marks us as the pioneer regional producer of this unique offering, reflecting our dedication to meeting diverse customer needs with innovative solutions.
