Job description
The Native Plant Specialist focuses on selecting, cultivating, and integrating native plant species into Garden Tree's designs. This role requires expertise in local flora and fauna to enhance biodiversity, support ecosystem health, and create landscapes that thrive in their natural environments.
Job responsibilities
- Implement the export sales expansion strategy – what countries, when, how.
- Achieving sales targets and creating new sales leads and opportunities in international markets.
- Implement the export sales key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Researching customers needs and requirements.
- Carrying out market research and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies.
- Managing the day-to-day operations related to export sales activities
- Negotiating sales contracts.
- Attending Trade Shows and Exhibitions.
- Preparing sales reports and correspondences in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 7-10 Years of Experience
- Previous experience in FMCG industry is a MUST
- Experience in Tomato Paste industry is preferable.
- Fluency in English language is required
